How long will it take to get my order?

We know you are looking forward to your order. Once you have placed the order through the web you will have it between 24 and 72 hours. If you place your order on a Friday, it will arrive on Monday.

What happens if I am not there when the order arrives at my address?

In the event that you are not at home and no one can pick up the order when it arrives, the delivery person will leave the order at the GLS collection point closest to your home.

Do you send to the Canary Islands / Balearic Islands / Ceuta / Melilla?

Yeah. If you want us to send the order to an address that is not on the peninsula, you will have to assume a higher shipping cost.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the order?

If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 14 days to return it from the moment you receive it. We only accept returns if the product has not been used. In addition, shipping costs are at your expense.

How do I return the order?

If you want to return any product you have to write us an email with your address and the reason. The delivery person will collect the order at your home and we will take care of checking the status. As long as the product has been returned in the same condition as when we delivered it to you, we will refund you. If you want to change the size, color or product, we will proceed to refund the amount paid so that you can make a new purchase of the desired product.

Changes or returns of used items, party items, or jewelry are not allowed.


How do I know that the size I choose is correct?

We work with one size fits all in most of our garments. The size that you usually use in stores like Zara will also be the one that corresponds to any of our garments. Even so, in the description of each garment you will find from what size to what size does that specific garment give. For any questions, you can contact us.

The item I want to buy is out of stock. There will be more?

Of course! If you like a garment, but there is not your size, do not worry. We will have it back in stock in a few days. In any case, write to us and let us know that the item you want is not available.

With which transport agency does the order arrive?

GLS Spain.
